Shalem Mental Health Network offers counselling services to clients of all ages for a wide range of issues from depression and anxiety, to abuse and divorce recovery. Our therapists focus on supporting and equipping clients to address life’s challenges, generating Hope, reconnection and change. Aside from general counselling, our specialties include Art Therapy, for people of all ages to express thought and feelings creatively, and Attachment Therapy, for broken bonds between children and their caregivers. Other programs offered: Wrap Around, Restorative Justice and the Congregational Assistance plan – an EAP program for churches and their members.
We operate as a Christian, registered charitable, not-for-profit fee for service agency, and are covered under some insurance plans.

Christian Counselling Services is a community of professionals offering counselling & psychotherapy services for people who are searching for help with psychological, emotional and/or spiritual healing, growth and change. Whether you are seeking counselling for anxiety, grief, depression, self image issues, interpersonal difficulties, faith and spiritual questions, trauma due to abuse or accidents, eating disorders, addictions, work problems, or just a desire for personal growth and change; we are ready to assist you in your journey. Our counsellors belong to a variety of denominations and share a common belief that human beings are created good. At the same time we all experience brokenness and need healing and are invited into relationship with God, each other, ourselves and all creation. We work with people from all walks and stages of life, and welcome a broad and diverse population of Christians, people of other faiths and belief systems.
Services are determined by a sliding fee scale based on household income and are negotiated on an individual basis. Coverage of certain health plan's and employee assistance programs is also available.
